Our consulting managers need support in their daily work, which is why we are looking for someone who studies at least 50% and wants to develop their knowledge in staffing and recruitment!

SC transport Sweden operates nationally with the recruitment and staffing of professional drivers within the transport industry. You will work from the office in Borlänge, but clients/candidates and consultants are located all over the country.

In the role of recruitment assistant, you will work with, among other things:

• Ad design
• Selection, phone interviews, scheduling of interviews
• Reference checks, as well as collection and documentation of information
• Teams and physical interviews
• Scheduling of consultants
• Phone contact with candidates and consultants
• And other administrative tasks as needed

The position is part-time, and we are looking for someone who is available to work at least 20 hours/week during the semester. Working hours are usually during office hours Monday to Friday.

We believe you are in the midst of your studies, preferably in the field of human resources, labor issues, economics, marketing, or similar.
